There were a lot of disappointed kiddos and annoyed parents who turned out for Friday's Festival of Light at Bushnell Park. The event seemed a bit mismanaged and a little light on light, especially when compared to its longtime, landmark run on Constitution Plaza.
 Long story short, a website called "Return the Hartford Festival of Lights Back To Constitution Plaza" has emerged on Facebook, created in the wake Friday night's opening at the new park venue. ..................
