Edward Kennedy and Caroline Kennedy and Connecticut Reps. John Larson, D-1st, Rosa DeLauro, D-3rd, and Chris Murphy, D-5th.Doors to the XL Center open at 3:30 p.m., and the program is scheduled to begin at 5:30. The event is free and open to the public.
