man, stupid connecticut criminals. there is a place on the hartford west hartford line where there are busts going down every day. one would THINK if you're a criminal or even if you have an outstanding parking ticket you'd avoid that area (it's actually a group of little stores and a supermarket and a pizza joint. it's NOT that it's a bad area). THEY DON'T. they continue to conduct their illicit activities right in the parking lot and each and every time there is a bust. yup. stupid connecticut criminals
