i didn't know her, although i did meet her once. she was attempting to interview a friend of mine. he was unavailable and actually not on the premises so pat was off like a flash in search of other stories - she sure was a bundle of energy i'll say that about her! i did read her column, java, as well. my thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family
