it's a billboard i saw yesterday walking to my car when i left work. i had to stop and snap it

Unknown said...: that's hard to say. i can tell you i was on flower street between farmington avenue and capital avenue (right in front of the hartford courant building). it's placed so one can see it from the highway, i-84.; 2:02 AM
